Do you need a deposit?
50% deposits are needed for private buffets, Events catering and Grazing Cart.
Full payment is required 24 hours before the event
Grazing boards are full payment on ordering.
I need a last minute booking?
Last minute bookings may be possible. Please give us a call to see if we can help.
How do i book?
Please send us a enquiry form and a member of staff will be in touch as soon as possible to help.
For last minute bookings please call us.
Do you cater for allergies?
We do! Allergies MUST be disclosed at the time of booking. Food for customers with allergies will be separately packaged and labelled.
I need to cancel my booking?
If you wish to cancel your booking we require a minimum of 72 hours notice.
For Large Events booking
How do i make changes to my booking?
Please email our team or call us. Please note changes may not be possible 24 hours before delivery date.

We are based in Warren row in North Ascot. Previously known as Something Else To Eat. We have rebranded to focus on our passion of events catering.

We will be in touch!
Our Graze & Gather Ascot team will contact you. This is to confirm Menu choice, Event details and delivery time, Dietary requirements and any personal branding required. A quote will be sent for you to review.

Pay Deposit

Event Day
On event day we will deliver and set up the cart at the agreed time. You will have two hours to enjoy your food. (This is due to food safety) A member of the team will then return to set down the cart.
After your event the damage deposit will promptly be returned. Please see more information in the below section for details on this.
