Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of £150 will be taken at the time of booking. (Please note this is in addition to your deposit required for the payment towards your booking.)
- We will set the cart up for you in the agreed space, and take it down so there will be no need for you to move it during your hire.
- Any damage of any kind caused to the cart including scuff marks, chips, damaged to the wheels or catering trays, will result in your deposit not being refunded.
- A walk through will be done and photos to be taken between the Graze & Gather Ascot team member, and the main person on the booking to agree the condition of the cart upon set up.
- Should the condition of the cart differ in any way upon collection we reserve the right to keep your deposit to cover the cost of the repairs / replacing any missing or damaged items.
- Any wooden Graze & Gather Ascot boards not returned will result in the cost (£12 per board) of each missing board being deducted from the deposit before the remaining deposit is returned.
Set Up & Set Down
- We will bring the cart along / set up / take down and collect at the time and location agreed when booking.
- Please do not attempt to take the cart down yourselves. This must be don't by a Graze & Gather Ascot Team member only.
- The cart and all trays must be clean for collection.

IMPORTANT: Any allergy or dietary concerns must be made known at the time of ordering, please let us know at the point of check out. If no allergy or dietary restrictions are disclosed to Graze & Gather Ascot disclaims any responsibility and is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from food allergies.
